Awards
The Outstanding Business & Professional Women Leaders was first
launched in 1984. FBPW issued a guideline to select outstanding
business women and women in professions to address the
annually-focused objectives. FBPW then sent project documents and
application form to women associations, organizations, institutes and
government offices in every province. Subsequently, the organizations
or general public would identify nominees at the provincial level.
The profile and information of the nominees would be submitted to
FBPW to review, check and enter the selection process. Several rounds
of meetings were conducted to select 3 final nominees of each category.
These nominees’ profiles are forwarded to the final committee to select
the award winners. In recent years, FBPW has accommodated the
numbers of highly qualified business women nominated in each region
